Welcome to my page! My name is Yulia, I've been teaching yoga classes since 2008. I am a certified teacher of Russian Yoga Federation (300 hrs), Jivamukti Yoga(300 hrs Certified Jivamukti Yoga), prenatal yoga teacher (Birthlight Yoga), sound therapy (Sound Healing School).
My path to yoga began in 2004, when in my last year of Environmental Studies I took an ashtanga yoga class.
So my transformation began... step by step... gradually involving my close friends and family in the practice of yoga. That's when my first teaching experience began.
Traveling around India alone with a backpack on my back finally changed my perception of the world, shifting the values from "what I have achieved for myself" to "how I can be useful to others and what will be left after us in the future on earth".
After returning from India, that same year, 2008, I completed my training and began teaching classes as a certified yoga teacher.
By helping others, I feel like I'm changing myself every day.
