1.5 hours drive from Geneva, Chalet Ganesha is, in fact, 4 chalets created by yogis and united by one idea - to create a space for like-minded people to meet.

Located in the heart of nature, on the outskirts of the Chambery resort in the lower Valais, which has retained its traditional charm.

This unique place has a strong energy and is an ideal place for solitude, inner contemplation, filling the body and soul.

The program is designed for your renewal and reboot. Through conscious mind, breath and
asana practices, holistic wellness activities,
this retreat offers the tools and support needed
to reset the mind and body. Balanced healthy eating, multi-disciplinary practices, sound work, nature walks and contemplation - all aimed at returning you to feel “the power of Here and Now”, to become healthy and filled with new energy.

Daily schedule

🔻17:00 evening yoga practice, sound healing meditation

🔻19:00 light and nutritious dinner from local products

🔻20:30 free time and communication

🔻00:08 morning drink

🔻08:30 yoga and meditation practice.

🔻10:00 breakfast

🔻11:00 hiking (optional), relax time.

🔻13:00 lunch
enjoy a fresh, lovingly prepared vegetarian lunch.

relax, explore the surroundings, enjoy the sauna and pleasant communication with like-minded people

🔻18:00 evening practice, meditation

🔻19:30 dinner. enjoy a delicious vegetarian dinner, prepared with love

🔻21:00 kirtan practice. My friends Moon mantra band will conduct a healing sound practice.

About the yoga teacher

Yulia has been a yoga teacher since 2008, studied at the Yoga Federation (300h), Jivamukti
Yoga school (300h), prenatal yoga at Birthlight Yoga London, have been studying at Sound Healing School, Bioginnastica school.
Founder of a yoga studio and brand of yoga mats Joy Yoga.

Special Guest

MOON is a mantra band that combines ancient vibrations and modern sounds. We are inspired by the traditions of kirtan, but we rethink them in a modern sound. Our compositions intertwine sacred vibrations, live instruments and atmospheric electronic elements. This is the music of the present moment, combining ancient wisdom and the modern rhythm of life.
